Rainbow 13cm / 5" Santoku Knife

Designed to complement our Rainbow silicone tools, this Santoku knife really catches the eye! 'Santoku' loosely translates from Japananese as 'three virtues' in reference to the cutting jobs it is intended for: slicing, dicing and mincing. 'Kullens' on the surface of the blade help to reduce sticking of food. These concave air pockets are ground into both sides of the blade with the aim of reducing sticking & drag while slicing & chopping.
