Brooklyn^® Deco cheese knives feature gold-coloured stainless steel blades, tastefully-coloured soft touch handles and stylish gold-coloured bolsters. Set includes hard, soft, parmesan & bell cheese knives. The hard cheese knife can be used for cutting a semi-hard or semi-soft cheese & can also be used for spreading soft cheese such as Brie on crackers and bread. The soft cheese knife has holes in the blade to slice, helping to prevent cheese from adhering, allowing it to act as a cutter for cleaner precision slices. The almond-shaped Parmesan knife is used for breaking off small pieces of hard grating cheese in traditional italian style. The flat cheese knife is used for cutting crumbly soft cheese or shaving, chipping & cubing firm cheese for serving. All knives can be re-sharpened & are dishwasher safe.
